Melinda has a passion for urban Charlotte!!!! As a native Charlottean, she has an in depth knowledge of Charlotte and it's hidden treasures.

Before she started selling homes in Charlotte, Melinda worked in uptown as a software developer for Bank of America and later as a technology consultant at Duke Energy. She lives in the historic Dilworth neighborhood in a turn of the century home that she lovingly restored. Melinda also has years of personal experience in residential real estate investing and property management.

When she isn't working, Melinda volunteers for the Humane Society of Charlotte. She believes so strongly in finding homes for Charlotte's homeless animals that she donates a portion of each sale to the Humane Society.
